Job Summary

To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time Mississippi Licensed Therapist will provide 100% remote outpatient therapy to lower to moderate acuity populations, managing a consistent caseload with minimal administrative burden.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient therapy sessions, including 60-minute intakes and follow-ups
• Maintain a consistent caseload with defined goals and provide independent treatment decision-making
• Collaborate with an in-house referral network and receive operational support for scheduling and billing

Required qualifications

• Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent)
• Active, unrestricted license with two or more independent state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA)
• Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing an outpatient caseload
• Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care) is highly desired
