Job Summary
To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time Mississippi Licensed Therapist will provide outpatient therapy for lower to moderate acuity populations in a fully remote environment, focusing on evidence-based treatment while managing a consistent caseload with minimal administrative responsibilities.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct 60-minute intakes and follow-up sessions for clients with various mental health conditions
- Make independent treatment decisions while collaborating with an in-house referral network and clinical leadership
- Maintain a structured outpatient therapy model with transparent goals and expectations for patient care
Required qualifications
- Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license
- Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA)
- Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired
- Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care) is preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload
