Job Summary

Taking after-hours calls from clients, the full-time Triage Hospice and Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) will evaluate, counsel, and provide hospice and supportive care services while managing a flexible schedule that includes some weekends and nights in Saint Louis, Missouri.

Key responsibilities

• Provides patient care counseling under the direction of the physician
• Receives after-hours calls from hospice and supportive care patients, assessing the need for visits
• Documents care provided and tracks patient issues for staff education purposes

Required qualifications

• RN license in Missouri and Illinois (must obtain both within 3 to 6 months)
• Minimum of 2 years of hospice experience
• Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree
• Experience in home health is a plus
• No supervisory experience required
