Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Healthcare Representative to assist customers with healthcare-related inquiries in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries regarding health insurance policies and benefits
• Update personal information on accounts and support order completion
• Handle inbound calls and outbound campaigns to inform customers about relevant changes

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Ability to type 25 words per minute
• Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency to navigate multiple systems
• Open availability between 7am-2am EST, 7 days a week
