Job Summary

To support impactful hiring decisions in healthcare, the full-time remote Missouri Corporate Recruiter will partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, and manage recruitment campaigns to build a dedicated team committed to community wellness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines
  • Source, screen, and schedule qualified candidates to meet hiring goals
  • Create targeted outreach campaigns and represent the organization at job fairs
Required Qualifications
  • High School/GED required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • At least three years of human resource experience required if a bachelor's degree is not obtained
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional Suite and HR systems preferred
  • Intermediate computer skills, including email, word processing, and databases required
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills required
