Job Summary

Facilitating virtual classroom training for Epic end users, the full-time Missouri EHR Credentialed Trainer will develop and deliver educational content while managing training logistics and assessing learner performance in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Contributes to the development and maintenance of a catalogue of learning resources and organizes training events using the BJC learning management system
• Delivers an approved Epic1 curriculum, implements enhancement strategies for virtual teaching, and assesses student performance
• Designs and customizes learning materials and resources to meet accreditation requirements and supports curriculum development for Epic training

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree
• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Applicable Epic Certification
• Experience in a teaching or training background
• Ability to pass Epic1 credentialing within 6 weeks of hire
