Missouri EHR Credentialed Trainer

Job Summary

To support the training of healthcare professionals, the full-time Missouri EHR Credentialed Trainer will facilitate virtual classroom training for Epic applications, specifically focusing on Labor and Delivery and Inpatient Clinical Documentation, while working remotely from Missouri or Illinois.

Key responsibilities

• Delivers approved Epic1 curriculum and assesses student performance using the BJC learning management system
• Designs and customizes learning materials and resources to meet accreditation requirements and training goals
• Contributes to the development of a catalogue of learning resources and organizes learning events for the Epic1 training team

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree
• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Applicable Epic Certification
• Experience in teaching or training preferred
• Ability to pass Epic1 credentialing within 6 weeks of hire
