Missouri EHR Credentialed Trainer

Job Summary

To support the training of end users in emergency room and cath lab applications, the full-time Missouri EHR Credentialed Trainer will facilitate virtual classroom training, manage learning resources, and assess learner performance remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Contributes to the development and maintenance of a catalogue of learning resources and organizes training events using the BJC learning management system
• Delivers the approved Epic1 curriculum and implements enhancement strategies for virtual teaching and assessment
• Designs and customizes learning materials to meet accreditation requirements and contributes to curriculum development for Epic training

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree
• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Applicable Epic Certification
• Experience in training or education preferred
• Ability to pass Epic1 credentialing within 6 weeks of hire
