Missouri EHR Support Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting healthcare providers remotely, the full-time Missouri EHR Support Specialist will ensure effective use of electronic health record systems by troubleshooting issues, improving workflows, and enhancing the technology experience for Psychiatry, Primary Care, and Dental teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional support to providers experiencing EHR and software-related challenges
• Troubleshoot application, system, and workflow issues while coordinating solutions with internal teams
• Document, track, and communicate support requests, resolutions, and follow-up actions

Required Qualifications

• High School/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred in computer science or related field
• At least three (3) years equivalent work experience required if no bachelor's degree
• Experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques
• Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to provide professional, courteous, and responsive support
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
