Missouri Licensed 340B Analyst

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and tech-savvy, the full-time Missouri Licensed 340B Analyst will manage and optimize the 340B pharmacy program remotely, supporting operations, compliance, and reporting functions to enhance healthcare access in underserved communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support onboarding of new Third Party Administrators (TPAs) and pharmacy partners
• Manage and update contracts and documentation for audit-readiness
• Analyze prescription data to identify new partnership opportunities

Required Qualifications

• High School/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum two (2) years' experience in healthcare data analysis or pharmacy operations required
• 340B experience highly preferred
• Microsoft Excel experience required
• 340B University completion preferred, or completion of the training program within three (3) months of hire date
