Job Summary
Detail-oriented and tech-savvy, the full-time Missouri Licensed 340B Analyst will manage and optimize the 340B pharmacy program remotely, supporting operations, compliance, and reporting functions to ensure equitable healthcare access in underserved communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding of new Third Party Administrators (TPAs) and pharmacy partners
- Manage and update contracts and documentation for audit-readiness
- Analyze prescription data to identify new partnership opportunities
Required Qualifications
- High School/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum two (2) years' experience in healthcare data analysis or pharmacy operations required
- 340B experience highly preferred
- Microsoft Excel experience required
- 340B University completion preferred, or completion of the 340B University training program within three (3) months of hire date
