Job Summary
To support a growing Financial Actuarial & Analytics team, the full-time Missouri Licensed Actuarial Manager will manage complex analyses and projects related to employer health and group benefit programs, collaborating with vendors and client service teams while ensuring quality standards are met.
Key responsibilities
- Develop financial analyses and client deliverables across regional teams with guidance
- Support accurate claim reporting and financial modeling to inform client decisions
- Build strong internal relationships and collaborate on cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in professional services, preferably in benefit consulting or health underwriting
- Advanced knowledge of health and welfare products and services
- State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality results on time
- Relevant financial experience and/or university degree
