Job Summary

Leading a team of Client Service Associates, the full-time Missouri Licensed Admin Manager will oversee administrative operations for the Managed Programs Team, ensuring exceptional support for Financial Advisors while aligning with West Coast working hours.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and management of Client Service Associates
• Drive adoption of scalable processes and best practices to support the Employee Affiliation Model
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and increase efficiencies in support models

Required qualifications

• FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 within 120 days
• 2+ years of experience working with Financial Advisors and support teams
• 2+ years of brokerage/financial services industry knowledge
• Demonstrated experience in effectively leading and managing teams
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Accounting, or Finance
