Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in admissions, call center, customer service, or sales roles; healthcare or behavioral health experience is a plus
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred
• Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce is necessary
• A calm and professional demeanor, especially in stressful situations
