Missouri Licensed Appraisal Analyst

Job Summary

To support appraisal operations, the full-time remote Missouri Licensed Appraisal Analyst will provide financial analysis and risk assessment for appraisals, manage relationships with real estate groups, and lead appraisal reviews while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide financial analysis, risk assessment, and analytics support for appraisals of varying complexities and loan values
• Manage relationships with Real Estate groups, performing credit analysis and monitoring new and existing relationships
• Lead the generation of detailed appraisal reviews in collaboration with junior and senior real estate colleagues

Required qualifications:

• 5-8 years of previous risk experience required
• Residential certification required (state certification)
• Field experience with appraisals and prior appraisal review experience preferred
• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
