Job Summary

Leading a team of licensed appraisers, the full-time Missouri Licensed Appraisal Manager will manage appraisal reviews for residential properties, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Incorporates appraisal regulations and guidelines into daily decision-making
• Leads and oversees multiple teams performing appraisal reviews and manages vendor performance
• Monitors market changes and resolves complex compliance issues related to appraisal conclusions

Required qualifications

• State Real Estate Appraiser Certification required
• 5+ years of appraisal and appraisal review experience
• Minimum 2 years of management experience preferred
• Thorough understanding of appraisal regulations and secondary market guidelines
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
