Missouri Licensed Associate Attorney

Job Summary

Managing a diverse caseload from inception through resolution, the full-time Missouri Licensed Associate Attorney will provide strategic legal counsel and representation in court, arbitrations, and depositions while meeting a 1,950-hour annual billable requirement.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and draft substantial briefs, memos, pleadings, and appellate briefs
• Represent clients in court, at arbitrations, and in depositions, ensuring effective legal advocacy
• Collaborate with partners and clients to deliver strategic legal advice and manage deadlines independently

Required qualifications:

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Missouri; additional bar admissions are a plus
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant practice area
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Experience with administrative proceedings, depositions, and mediations
