Missouri Licensed Associate General Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Associate General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal input and guidance to business leaders on various legal matters
• Develop solutions to legal and regulatory requirements impacting product lines and programs
• Manage outside counsel and recommend law-related training and preventative law activities

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) required, Master's Degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in corporate and/or health law required
• 1+ years of experience with complex transactions and government contract law preferred
• 1+ years of experience in highly regulated industries preferred
• Bar Admission and currently in good standing required
