Missouri Licensed Associate General Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel-Leader to provide legal advice and support for their proprietary funds management business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of attorneys and paralegals in delivering legal services for proprietary funds
• Advise on matters related to the Investment Company Act and support business teams
• Develop solutions to manage and mitigate risks associated with the Firm's operations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Juris Doctorate and licensed to practice law in Missouri or another state
• Minimum of ten years of relevant experience in investment company law
• Experience in private practice or in-house with registered investment companies
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve complex legal matters
• Experience interacting with outside counsel on legal issues
