Job Summary
Providing legal advice and strategic support, the full-time Missouri Licensed Associate General Counsel will serve as lead legal counsel for Medicare products, advising on healthcare laws and regulations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Advise business and compliance partners on healthcare laws impacting Medicare operations
- Research and interpret complex healthcare regulatory requirements related to Medicare
- Manage provider disputes and collaborate with various business leaders to identify risks and develop solutions
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) required
- 7+ years of experience in health law required
- 2+ years of experience handling risk adjustment matters preferred
- 2+ years of experience in Medicare Stars preferred
- Bar Admission and currently in good standing required
