Missouri Licensed Associate Therapist

Job Summary

Providing telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population, the contract Associate Therapist will work remotely, set their own hours, and focus on delivering quality care while benefiting from administrative support and a robust referral network.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver telehealth therapy sessions to clients in the Medicaid population
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans and conduct thorough assessments
• Accrue hours toward full licensure with supervision support from an independently licensed supervisor

Required qualifications

• Valid PLPC or LMSW license in good standing in Missouri
• Master's degree in Counseling with at least 6 months of therapy or assessment experience
• Own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate)
• Comfort with EHR systems and digital tools for virtual sessions
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred
