Job Summary
Providing compassionate, trauma-informed mental health care, the full-time Missouri Licensed Associate Therapist will deliver virtual therapy to youth ages 5-26 and their caregivers while receiving structured clinical supervision toward independent licensure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide virtual one-on-one therapy using evidence-informed, trauma-focused modalities
- Conduct clinical assessments and contribute to collaborative, measurement-based care plans
- Build relational continuity across transitions, supporting clients through placement or life changes
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work
- Active associate-level or provisional license (LMSW) in Missouri
- Experience providing therapy or support to children, adolescents, or families
- Familiarity with trauma-informed and culturally responsive care
- Interest in serving youth impacted by foster care, adoption, or juvenile justice systems
