Job Summary
Overseeing a remote team of Behavioral Health Advocates, the full-time Missouri Licensed Behavioral Health Manager will manage case management for inpatient and outpatient Behavioral Health services across multiple states, ensuring high-quality care for diverse populations.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee behavioral health care managers for various populations, including those with mental health and substance use disorders
- Set team direction, resolve problems, and provide guidance to team members
- Interface with regulatory agencies and respond to audit findings while ensuring compliance with established benchmarks
Required qualifications:
- Must possess one of the following credentials: Mental Health Clinical Nurse Specialist, Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Missouri-licensed Psychologist, or Missouri-licensed mental health clinician to practice at the independent level
- 5+ years of Behavioral Health experience, including Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders
- Experience managing people in a Behavioral Health setting and conducting staff performance reviews
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel
