Job Summary
A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide virtual consults and support for the Collaborative Care program
- Communicate with Primary Care Providers regarding medication reviews and care next steps
- Collaborate with Case Managers on behavioral health advice and brief interventions
Required Qualifications and Education
- Advanced Practitioner Primary Care experience in Behavioral Health preferred
- Must reside in the St. Louis area
- Hybrid work model requiring onsite hours at the Mercy Virtual Care Center
- Full-time availability with no weekend or call requirements
- Familiarity with Epic EMR system is advantageous
