Key Responsibilities

• Manage various health and welfare programs, including medical, dental, and life insurance
• Analyze plan costs and trends, recommending strategies for cost control
• Oversee vendor relationships and assist in negotiating contracts with performance standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business
• 5-10 years of relevant experience
• No supervisory experience required
• Preferred: 10+ years of relevant experience
• Preferred: CEBS certification
