Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Collector.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers through inbound calls and an outbound dialer system
• Provide excellent customer service and educate customers on repayment schedules
• Perform collection activities in compliance with state and local laws

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year of experience in collections and/or customer service
• Some knowledge of loan collection policies and fair debt collection practices
• Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and organize information
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
