Job Summary

To support a coordinated network of multi-facility Cancer Registry databases, the full-time Missouri Licensed Cancer Registrar will perform case finding, abstracting, data management, and follow-up services while operating the registry software system remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct case finding and abstract data for cancer registry databases
• Manage and maintain registry software systems and related data
• Assist in designing and developing cancer management and outcome studies

Required qualifications

• Oncology Data Specialist certification or ability to obtain within 3 years of hire
• Associate Degree in Health Information Technology
• Less than 1 year of applicable experience
