Key Responsibilities

• Supervises care management team and coordinates care for behavioral health members
• Monitors compliance with documentation and assigns caseloads based on requirements and member needs
• Evaluates team performance and provides coaching to ensure high-quality care delivery

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or graduate from an accredited school of nursing
• 4+ years of related experience in care management
• Licensed Clinical Behavioral Health Professional or RN with behavioral health experience
• Must reside in the state of Missouri
• Behavioral health experience is required
