Job Summary

Supervising a dedicated care management team, the full-time Missouri Licensed Care Management Supervisor will oversee the coordination of care for behavioral health members, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing guidance on complex cases, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and review care management documentation to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
• Assign caseloads to staff based on experience, member needs, and state requirements
• Evaluate team performance and provide coaching to enhance the quality of care delivered to members

Required qualifications

• Master's degree or graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• 4+ years of related experience in care management
• Licensed Clinical Behavioral Health Professional or RN, including LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMHC, or RN with behavioral health experience
• Passion for working with the OB/NICU population
• Residency in Missouri is required
