Missouri Licensed Child Psychiatrist

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the part-time Missouri Licensed Child Psychiatrist will conduct virtual psychiatric evaluations, provide medication management, and utilize evidence-based treatment strategies for children and adolescents.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
• Utilize evidence-based treatment techniques to address various mental health conditions
• Foster a collaborative treatment environment involving families in care planning and education

Required qualifications:

• Board-certified or -eligible Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist with an active license in at least one state
• Experience providing telehealth therapy services in a virtual environment preferred
• Computer and live video tools literacy (e.g., Zoom, Google Meets)
• Demonstrated family engagement skills and experience working with children and adolescents
• Commitment to JCAHO guidelines and competency in practicing within an accredited framework
