Missouri Licensed Claims Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as a trusted advocate for clients, the full-time remote Missouri Licensed Claims Analyst will manage a portfolio of insurance claims, providing guidance and support throughout the claims process while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure timely resolutions and optimal client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a portfolio of commercial and/or personal insurance claims from initial notice of loss through final resolution
• Serve as a dedicated advocate for clients, providing guidance, education, and support throughout the claims process
• Collaborate with insurance carriers, adjusters, attorneys, and vendors to facilitate efficient claim handling and favorable outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience
• 2-5 years of insurance claims, broker claims advocacy, carrier claims handling, or risk management experience
• Proficiency with claims management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and reporting tools
• Industry designations such as AIC, CPCU, ARM, or CRM are a plus
