Job Summary
A company is looking for a Claims Litigation Attorney to join their expanding legal team.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze cases to develop legal theories and strategies for the defense of lawsuits
- Prepare for and attend court proceedings, including motions, trials, and mediations
- Provide legal opinions and guidance to the legal team and Claims personnel
Required Qualifications
- JD degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Missouri; Kansas license is a plus
- 7+ years of litigation experience
- First-chair jury trial experience
- Ability to manage a complex workload and prioritize tasks
