Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a Workers Compensation claims team to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Promote best practices and guide the team in accordance with established standards
• Manage workloads, define team goals, and drive talent development through hiring and training

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 10 years related claims experience
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
• Prior leadership experience with 5+ years managing a team of lost time/indemnity work comp adjusters
• Knowledge of all team member related functions
