Missouri Licensed Clinical Admissions Therapist

Job Summary

To support a growing behavioral health practice, the remote Missouri Licensed Clinical Admissions Therapist will meet with clients upon admission, complete biopsychosocial assessments, and establish treatment needs while collaborating with various healthcare teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop rapport with clients and referral sources while presenting programming information to facilitate access to care
• Complete virtual biopsychosocial assessments for clients of all ages and determine appropriateness for intensive outpatient program (IOP) level of care
• Document client information in compliance with regulatory standards and coordinate with admissions and clinical teams for new admissions

Required qualifications

• Independent licensure in a mental health field is required, with a preference for candidates who are fully licensed
• Experience in completing behavioral health assessments and admissions is preferred
• Experience working with a diverse age range, including children, teens, and adults, is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• Access to reliable technology for delivering telehealth services is necessary
