Job Summary

To support a mission-driven team transforming senior mental health care, the part-time Missouri Licensed Clinical Psychologist will provide exceptional evidence-based psychotherapy via telehealth, focusing on older adults while managing flexible scheduling and minimal administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth, committing to 15 hours or more per week
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans, regularly monitoring client progress
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with company policies, supported by AI-powered tools

Required qualifications

• Licensed as a Clinical Psychologist in Missouri
• Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology
• Experience working with older adults is strongly preferred
• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth delivery
• Availability to support a part-time or full-time schedule of at least 15 hours per week
