Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Litigation Attorney to support clients on an engagement basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and take and defend depositions
• Conduct legal research and prepare witnesses for trial or settlement
• Support cases through dispositive motions and manage complex contractual issues

Required Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of residence
• At least 5 years of commercial litigation experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
• Experience with complex commercial disputes, including motions practice and discovery
• Ability to independently draft pleadings and litigation filings with minimal supervision
• J.D. from an accredited law school
