Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Examiner Commercial to join their Title Production team in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough searches and examine public records to assess property title status, adhering to regulatory standards
• Review documents affecting property titles and interpret real estate documents, legal proceedings, maps, and surveys
• Make insurability decisions and maintain client relationships while working closely with escrow officers and business teams

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years in the title insurance business
• Missouri Title Insurance License required
• Strong understanding of title examination processes and procedures
• Proficient in region-specific title plant software and experienced in researching County Government websites
