Job Summary

To support the credit needs of low to moderate income families, the full-time Missouri Licensed Community Mortgage Banker will promote financial awareness, provide financial education, and counsel potential home buyers while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the organization at community events and business development functions
• Establish and maintain referral relationships with community organizations and real estate agents
• Structure and originate first mortgage loans while ensuring compliance with regulations

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of mortgage and banking experience
• Current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System Registry
• Thorough knowledge of FHA, VA, and CONV guidelines
• Ability to travel and work outside of the office regularly
