Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage health plan compliance programs and engage in remediation strategies for Medicaid products
  • Evaluate compliance functions and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with state Medicaid requirements


Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in managing compliance programs or regulatory positions
  • 3+ years of experience in a government, legal, healthcare, managed care, or health insurance environment
  • Experience managing teams or major program initiatives
  • Professional certification in healthcare compliance is preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry or related government programs is preferred
