Missouri Licensed Corporate Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial & Corporate Transactions Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Support clients on corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, securities, and corporate governance
• Negotiate contracts and manage private equity transactions and IPOs
• Work with both publicly traded companies and significant privately held businesses on complex legal issues

Required Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of residence
• At least 5 years of corporate/transactional experience within a law firm or corporate legal department
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Outstanding references
• Experience in an Am Law 200 firm, boutique firm, or in-house corporate legal department preferred
