Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Corporate Counsel & Legal Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain corporate formalities and advise on corporate structure changes
• Act as a liaison with various partners to manage legal risks and assist the Chief Legal Officer
• Develop performance metrics and implement technology solutions to enhance the efficiency of the legal department

Required Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• 8-10+ years of experience in corporate/digital health transactions and technology
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a federally regulated environment
• Admission or eligibility to be admitted to the Missouri Bar
• Proven experience in corporate, digital health, and healthcare sectors
