Missouri Licensed Crisis Line Clinician

Job Summary

Providing immediate, person-centered support, the part-time Missouri Licensed Crisis Line Clinician will offer crisis intervention via phone every weekend from 4 PM to 12 AM, assisting individuals in need and connecting them to essential resources in a fully remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed and person-centered crisis intervention via phone
• Assess caller needs, screen for safety, and connect to appropriate services or resources
• Collaborate with internal and external providers to ensure coordinated care

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or completion of 60 college credit hours required
• At least one (1) year of experience in behavioral health or human services if Associate degree is the highest degree obtained
• Working knowledge of DSM-V required
• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field preferred
