Job Summary
Providing immediate, person-centered support, the part-time Missouri Licensed Crisis Line Clinician will offer compassionate crisis intervention via phone during weekend nights, assisting individuals in identifying needs and connecting them to essential services and resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide trauma-informed and person-centered crisis intervention via phone
- Assess caller needs, screen for safety, and connect to appropriate services or resources
- Collaborate with internal and external providers to ensure coordinated care
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or completion of 60 college credit hours required
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field preferred
- At least one (1) year of experience in behavioral health or human services if Associate degree is the highest degree obtained
- Working knowledge of DSM-V required
