Job Summary
Providing immediate, person-centered support, the part-time Missouri Licensed Crisis Line Clinician will deliver trauma-informed crisis intervention via phone on weekends, helping individuals identify needs and connect to essential services while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide trauma-informed and person-centered crisis intervention via phone
- Assess caller needs, screen for safety, and connect to appropriate services or resources
- Collaborate with internal and external providers to ensure coordinated care
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or completion of 60 college credit hours required
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field preferred
- At least one (1) year of experience in behavioral health or human services if Associate degree is the highest degree obtained
- Working knowledge of DSM-V required
