Job Summary

Providing strategic and operational leadership, the full-time Missouri Licensed Dental Product Advisor will oversee the development and maintenance of ACA and Stand-Alone Dental product initiatives, ensuring compliance while collaborating with legal and compliance teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Leads the development and maintenance of customer contract language, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
• Analyzes state and federal mandates to assess impacts on product, pricing, and operations, collaborating with various stakeholders
• Supports the development and launch of new ACA and Stand-Alone Dental products, identifying potential implementation issues early in the process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare insurance, or 10+ years of equivalent experience
• Prior experience with IFP product filings strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of ACA, Stand Alone Dental, and Individual & Family Plan products, including applicable regulations
• Experience developing and maintaining customer contract language and supporting responses to form objections
• Ability to work effectively within a complex and rapidly changing regulatory environment
