Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Disability Specialist (Advocate).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for health plan members, maintaining communication and clarifying complex information
• Manage relationships with medical providers and government agencies to ensure timely application processing
• Gather, verify, and submit necessary documentation for disability applications while adhering to regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, with a preference for social services or case management
• Experience with disability/claims processing or working with government agencies is a strong plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and ability to navigate multiple software systems
• Goal-driven and detail-oriented with a willingness to learn
• Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment
