Missouri Licensed EHR Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Epic ASAP module, the full-time Missouri Licensed EHR Analyst will be responsible for configuring, testing, and maintaining clinical applications while collaborating with hospital leadership and providing second-tier support to end users, with a remote work arrangement that may require occasional onsite presence in the St. Louis metro region.

Key responsibilities

• Designs, verifies, documents, and refactors complex software configurations for deployment
• Investigates and resolves application-related issues, ensuring reliable system performance
• Develops and executes comprehensive test plans and collaborates with stakeholders for effective testing coverage

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Epic or applicable certifications required within 6 months of hire
• Experience in emergency room settings preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively with clinical department users and technology teams
