Missouri Licensed EHR Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting Epic Security, the full-time Missouri Licensed EHR Analyst will configure, modify, test, and maintain Epic and other clinical applications while collaborating with hospital leadership and providing second-tier support to end users in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Designs, verifies, and documents complex software configurations for deployment, ensuring well-engineered outcomes
- Investigates and resolves application issues, utilizing application management software to maintain performance
- Develops and executes comprehensive test plans and collaborates with stakeholders to ensure thorough testing coverage
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of experience as an Epic Analyst
- Epic Security certification or other Epic certifications required
- Ability to provide second-tier support to end users
- Experience with application management software and tools
