Missouri Licensed EHR Integration Engineer

Job Summary

To support healthcare integration efforts, the full-time Missouri Licensed EHR Integration Engineer will design, implement, and test workflows and configurations within Epic and other clinical applications while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Configures hardware and software environments for system integration and produces integration test specifications
• Assists in designing and documenting software configurations for deployment and conducts testing to ensure quality outcomes
• Investigates system issues and implements agreed remedies and preventative measures, contributing to after-hours on-call support as needed

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in a technical role
• Ability to obtain Epic or applicable certifications within 6 months of hire
• Experience with service desk or help desk operations
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree and 5-10 years of experience
