Job Summary

A company is looking for an EHR Principal Trainer to develop and deliver training programs for the Epic EMR system.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and validates training programs for the Epic EMR system to enhance patient experience
• Analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of Epic educational activities using data from learning management systems
• Leads the specification and development of Epic curricula and assessments in an educational context

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Applicable Epic Certification required within 6 months of hire
• Master's Degree preferred
• 2-5 years of relevant experience preferred
• No prior experience required
